技术发展的社会控制研究

本文提出技术发展的社会控制是建立在对技术客观上是一个自组织系统的充分认识的前提下,认为技术发展的社会控制就是技术系统的他组织,即人们根据自己的共同利益,有计划地引导技术展现其发展的本质,控制其自发过程中的不良后果,使它朝着与自然、人性、社会和谐的方向发展.技术社会控制的他组织形式可以包括指令性的他组织和诱导性的他组织等,遵循技术过程的客观规律,辩证地运用这些形式,才能得到较为有效的控制结果.
