| 摘 要： | 为用户提供信息传输服务是通信网络存在的意义。在明确通信网络服务可靠性内涵的基础上，依据国际通用标准，以用户的服务需求和用户的感知为中心，从时间可靠性、完整可靠性、正确可靠性3个角度建立了通信网络服务可靠性参数体系，并说明了其中各类参数的定义，解释了各参数间的相互关系。

| Abstract: | Providing with information transmission service for users is the condition on which communication networks rely for existence. The concept of service reliability of communication networks is proposed, and the service reliability parameters system of communication networks is established according to the international standards. Then the parameters are divided into time reliability, completeness reliability and correctness reliability based on users’ needs and users’ perceptions. Finally, the definitions of all kinds of parameters are illustrated and the relationships between parameters are explained. |
