厚壁圆筒半椭圆表面裂纹应力强度因子的有限元计算

摘    要:本文计算了受内压厚壁圆筒内壁具有1条,2条及4条径向半椭圆表面裂纹的应力强度因子。应力强度因子由裂纹面上的张开位移推算。位移则利用通用有限元分析程序 SAP5算得,将该程序中两种三维单元适当搭配可大大减少所用的自由度.

Abstract:This paper calculated stress intensity factor K_1 for 1,2 and 4 scmi-clliptical surface cracks in the inside of a pressurized thick-walled cylinder.The K_1 values were calculated from the opening displacements on the face of the cracks.The general finite element program SAP5 is used for analysing the displacements.Proper assign- ment of the two kinds of 3-D three-dimensional elements in this program will significantly reduce the number of digree of freedom.
