| 摘 要： | 文章考虑由1个供应商和2个竞争的零售商构成的供应链,2层供应链之间是供应商占主导地位的Stackelberg结构;首先分别就2个竞争的零售商是库纳特和同谋关系给出相应的最优定价和订货策略,然后给出能使供应链达到完美协调的数量折扣策略,同时构造出一种较为有效的供应链合作利润分配机制;最后给出数值算例,并验证了模型的有效性.
