| 摘 要： | 面对“入世”和知识经济的挑战，培养造就一大批创造性人才成为时代发展的必然选择，成人高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分，理应推进创新教育，承担起培养创造性人才的重任，因此，从创造性人才的界定入手，分析成人高校创新教育存在的问题，提出推进创新教育的指导思想，原则与措施，十分必要。

| Abstract: | In face of the opprtunity of Chinas entray into WTO and the challenge of knowledge economy, it is a required choice to cultivate a large number of creative personnel. Adult college, an important part of higher education, should promote innovation education and shoulder the task to cultivate creative personnel. Based on the defenition of creative personnel and the analysis of the existing problems of innovation education in adult college, this paper puts forth the guiding thoughts, principle and measures. |
