| 摘 要： | 系统考察了从甘草中提取甘草酸的工艺参数。通过正交设计对提取介质、浸提温度、提取时间、提取剂用量以及提取次数等因素进行探讨，得出了最佳提取工艺条件，并通过实验得到了验证。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the process of extracting rough Glycyrrhizic acid from Glycyrrhiza with Soxhlet extraction, and studied the condition of extraction by orthogonal design and the effect of extracting agent, temperature and time. The optimum extracting conditions were obtained, which were tested and verified by experiments. |
