奶牛抗热应激中草药添加剂的毒性试验

摘    要:采用灌胃法、腹腔注射法、饲喂法,对奶牛抗热应激中草药添加剂进行了急性毒性试验和亚急性毒性试验。结果表明:该制剂水提物给小鼠灌胃,其毒副作用很小,耐受量大于0.35mL/10g。饲喂45d后,小鼠体重增加明显,与对照组相比差异显著,各组小鼠心、肝、脾、胃、肾经组织学检查,未发现组织病理变化。给小鼠腹腔注射,该制剂水提取物有毒性,LD50为0.665mL/10g,故该制剂水提物不宜腹腔注射给药。

Abstract:Acute toxicity and subchronic toxicity tests were conducted on the Chinese herbalmedicine for the thermoresistant of milk cow by using the methodsof peros,intraperitioneal injectionand feed. The results shows that the tolerable amount was over 0.35 mL 10g 1 when the mice wereperused the extraction; After 45 days, the weight of the mice increases compared with the controlgroup. No histopathology changes were found in the hearts, livers, spleens, stomaches, kidneysof the mice. The extraction was toxic when the intraperitioneal injection is given to the mice and theLD50 was 0.665mL 10g 1, So the aqueous extraction of the preparation is not suitable for the miceby intraperitioneal injection.
