从成人教育的发展看学历教育与非学历教育

目前我国成人教育中的学历教育发展比较充分,非学历教育发展相对较弱,但随着社会经济和科技的不断进步,终生教育和学习化社会影响了成人教育的发展趋势。成人学历教育继续规范完善,非学历教育发展适应经济社会的要求,各种岗位、资格、证书培训发展迅速。为满足社会发展对人才的需求,成人教育应由以学历教育为主向学历教育和非学历教育并重的方向发展。
