| 摘 要： | 不完全电子商务是相对于完全电子商务的一种有效的过渡模式。文章分析了企业不完全电子商务的概念和成因，指出企业从传统商务向完全电子商务转型的过程中，将出现几种典型的不完全电子商务模式，这表明企业电子商务的发展将是分阶段演化的。

| Abstract: | Compared with complete e-commerce, incomplete e-commerce is an effective transitional mode. This paper analyzes the concept and causes of incomplete e-commerce of firms and points out that several typical modes of incomplete e-commerce of firms will be come forth in the process of the transformation from traditional commerce to complete -commerce that indicates that the development of e-commerce will be evolved with the form of several stages. |
