新沂市丘陵山区雨水集蓄利用灌溉调度优化研究

摘    要:为充分利用缺水型山丘区的雨水资源,加强规划区域各分区间水量调度优化研究及对丘陵山区雨水利用规划与运行管理,结合新沂市山丘区雨水集蓄利用规划的实例,采用自优化模拟模型对其雨水利用灌溉调度进行了优化研究,达到了预期目的,实现了丘陵山区雨水集蓄利用灌溉系统的优化调度过程.实例表明:灌溉调度优化是有效的,采用的模型是可行的.

Abstract:In order to take full advantage of rainwater resources in the water-lacking hilly area, it is necessary to study on optimum operations of sub-districts irrigation system. According to the rainwater-collection-storage-utilization (RCSU) programming in the hilly area in Xinyi city, the following essay puts forward a self-optimization simulation model applied to the optimal regulation analysis of RCSU. The result of calculation shows that the optimal regulation processes of irrigation on RCSU are realized. Meanwhile, this example shows that the optimal regulation is effective in practice and the selected model is feasible.
