摘    要:针对选矿厂生产调度过程,本文提出了一种面向生产指标优化的选矿过程调度方法,该方法在保证精矿品位的前提下,尽量减少精矿库存,最大限度地利用设备能力.讨论了基于该方法的选矿生产调度系统的结构、功能和优化策略.采用该方法的调度系统的功能除了具备普通的调度系统的设备运行调度和资源调度功能外,还包括生产指标的优化,即以生产指标、工艺指标逐层分解和设定,逐层优化控制的思想,实现了管理和控制一体化.该系统运用于某钢铁公司选矿生产,提高了生产效率.该系统的成功实施为流程行业大系统的总体优化调度开拓了一个新方法,新思路.

Abstract:Aiming at the production scheduling of minerals processing plant,a scheduling method based on production indices optimization for minerals processing is presented.On the basis of ensuring the tenor of finished ore,the method makes the best of reducing finished ores inventory and utilizing facilities.Structure,function and optimal policy of production scheduling system of minerals processing are discussed.By adopting this method,the scheduling system is provided with not only general facilities running and resources scheduling,but also optimization of production indices.That is to analyze production indices and technologic indices,then to realize optimal control step by step and finally to realize the integration of management and control.This system has been applied to the minerals processing plant of an iron and steel company and the production efficiency is increased.The successful implementation of this system has explored a new method for the overall optimization scheduling of the large systems in the process industry.
