| 摘 要： | 建立新型农村合作医疗制度是新时期我国社会保障工作的重要内容．与传统的农村合作医疗相比较，新型农村合作医疗制度有了很大突破，但在试运行过程中暴露出许多问题，需要进一步加以调整．本文针对目前暴露出的问题，对我国新型农村合作医疗制度提出了一些意见和建议．
