大功率直流/直流变换器的电磁兼容试验方案

摘    要:电动汽车所用的大功率直流/直流(DC/DC)变换器的电磁兼容性(EMC)测试尚无统一标准可依.在参考和分析汽车零部件和功率变换器产品相关标准的基础上,对大功率DC/DC变换器进行了EMC试验的研究,提出了配套的测试方案.该测试方案基于传统汽车零部件标准,针对其中的测试布置进行了改进,改进的关键点在于保证辅助测试设备不引入过量的干扰.考虑到整车的EMC性能由整车和零部件两方协同决定,最后建议整车厂和零部件供应商协商采纳合理的限值等级.

Abstract:There is no unified electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) standard for high power DC/DC converters of electric vehicles so far.This paper presents a feasible EMC test scheme for onboard high power converters.This modified scheme will guarantee the test from excessive emissions of auxiliary equipments.However,the EMC performance is determined by both vehicle assembly and electronic sub-assembly(ESA) design,therefore,vehicl and ESA suppliers should choose a reasonable test level.
