| 摘 要： | 正交实验设计法在工业生产中具有广阔的应用领域,但由于推广不够,在实践中还不为大多数工业企业,尤其是中小企业所接受,除了观念上的影响外,对操作方法的疑惑和不熟悉,也是重要因素。为解决此类问题,文章选取了两个典型案例,对正交实验设计法的操作方法和步骤进行了介绍,以起到引导和示范作用。

| Abstract: | The orthogonal test design has been w idely used in industrial production.However because of the lack of being popularized,this method is still not adopted by most of industrial enterprises and specially the minor enterprises.Besides the influence of the concept ,the uncertainness and unfamiliarity to the operating method is another important reason for it.In order to solve this k ind of problem,this paper introduces the operating method and procedure s of or-thogonal test design by selecting tw o typical cases,which can function a s guider and demonstrator. |
