药用植物明党参多糖的研究

中药明党参用热水提取，乙醇沉淀后，经酶法和Ｓｅｖａｇ法脱淀粉、果胶和蛋白质，透析后上Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ－４Ｂ柱分离，得到两个多糖组份，ＣＳＰ—１和ＣＳＰ—２。两组分产率比是１１４。纸电泳、玻璃纤维高压电泳和醋酸纤维薄膜电泳都证明ＣＳＰ—１和ＣＳＰ—２都是均一组份。凝胶过滤法测得ＣＳＰ—１和ＣＳＰ—２的分子量分别是４００ＫＤ和１８ＫＤ。组成分析表明ＣＳＰ—１含半乳糖和木糖，ＣＳＰ—２含葡萄糖、鼠李糖和果糖。Ｄｉｓｃｈｅｒ法测试表明ＣＳＰ—２含有糖醛酸。红外光谱和核磁共振波谱证明ＣＳＰ—１和ＣＳＰ—２都是α型糖苷键构型。高碘酸氧化和Ｓｍｉｔｈ降解分析表明ＣＳＰ—１主要是（１→４）连接键，ＣＳＰ—２主要是（１→３）和（１→６）连接的糖苷键

Studies on the Polysaccharides from Changium smyrnioides Wolff

Two polysaccharides ,CSP 1 and CSP 2,were obtained from Changium smyrnioides Wolff. They were proved to be homogenous by electrophoresis and gel filtration.Two ratio 1:4.M.W. of CSP 1 and CSP 2 were 500KD and 18KD respectively.CSP 1 and CSP 2 showed positive specific rotation: 18 D =+218(c=0.1,H 2O)for CSP 1, 18 D =+10,33(c=0.1,H 2O)for CSP 2.CSP 1 contained galatose and xylose,CSP 2 contained glucose,rahmnose and fructose.CSP 2 also contained uronuc acid indicated by Discher method.I.R.spectra and H NMR suggested that both CSP 1 and CSP 2 have α-glycoside linkage.From the results of pemodate oxidation and Smith detration,it was estimated that CSP 1 only had 14 linkage and that CSP 2 had 16 and 13 linkages.
