| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1995年至2007年10月我院普外科收治的急性胰腺炎患者近700例，其中重症急性胰腺炎86例的临床资料。结果手术治疗11例，8例痊愈，2例形成假性胰腺囊肿，3例死亡。非手术治疗75例，73例痊愈，5例形成假性胰腺囊肿，糖尿病高渗性昏迷、酮症酸中毒2例，2例死亡。结论急性重症胰腺炎起病急，发展快，应采用综合治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment methods of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: Clinical datas of 86 cases with severe acute pancreatitis from 1995 to October 2007 in our hos-pital were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 11 cases received surgical operation treatment,8 patients wereh ealing,2 cases had pancreatic pseudocyst,and 3 cases died.75 cases received non-operative treatment,73 cases recoveried,five cases had pancreatic pseudocyst,2 cases had diabetes hyperosmolar coma and ketoacidosis,and 2 patients were dead.Conclusion: Severe acute pancreatitis was characterized by acute onset and rapid progress.Comprehension therapy should be undertaken for patients. |
