| 摘 要： | 本文利用Ｍａｃｗｉｌｌｉａｍｓ－Ｄｅｌｓａｒｔｅ恒等式给出Ｐｌｏｔｋｉｎ界和Ｇｒｅｙ－Ｒａｎｋｉｎ界的新的证明。实际上，本文的方法可以推导出更强的结果。本文还推导出Ｇｒｅｙ－Ｒａｎｋｉｎ界等号成立的充要条件。

| Abstract: | By using Macwilliams- Delsarte identity, this paper presents new proofs for the Plotkin bound and the Grey-Rankin bound in coding theory. Acturally it derives some more stronger results than them. This paper also presents the sufficient and necessary condition for the codes which meet the Grey-Rankin bound. |
