基于激光轮廓检测仪的沥青路面宏观轮廓特征评价指标研究

摘    要:为了采用沥青路面轮廓特征指标来评价路面的施工质量均匀性,本文基于激光轮廓检测仪对沥青路面宏观轮廓特征进行研究,经过合理的数学推导方法,得出五个评价指标,采用MATLAB程序计算五个指标的数值。并且设计实验方案做验证性分析,室内成型四组不同的车辙板,以搓揉试验为基础,分别进行0,2,4,6,8小时的搓揉试验,测得数据并计算五个指标数值,将其与铺砂法的构造深度做相关性分析。结果表明:此五个指标能合理的表征沥青路面轮廓特征,具有一定的准确性和可信度,为后续评价沥青路面施工质量均匀性打下坚实基础。

Abstract:In order to use asphalt pavement profile feature indicators to evaluate the uniformity of construction quality , this paper laser-based contour detector macroscopic characteristics of the asphalt pavement outline research, after a reasonable mathematical derivation method, drawn five evaluation index, using the MATLAB program calculated the value of five indicators. And the experimental design for validation analysis, four different molded interior rut boards to rub test basis, respectively 0,2,4,6,8 hours rub test, the measured data and calculates the five indicators values??, the correlation analysis of the law to do with the construction of sanding depth. The results showed that: this five indicators could reasonably characterize asphalt pavement profile feature, with a certain accuracy and reliability, for follow-up evaluation of asphalt pavement construction quality uniformity and lay a solid foundation.
