新常态下淮北市转型发展问题研究

新常态下,城市该如何转型发展?这已成为社会各界关注的热点问题。当前经济下行压力增大,淮北市作为资源枯竭型城市经济增长出现乏力,社会发展中也面临着更多、更复杂的困难,包括煤炭价格的下跌、煤炭行业占比较大、战略性新兴产业发展缓慢、社会民生问题严峻等等,使得淮北市的整体经济发展处于非常困难的阶段。因此,对于淮北市来说转型发展问题显得更为迫切。
