教师专业化与高师教育类课程设置

摘    要:教育类课程在高师教育中具有举足轻重的地位,是教师专业化的必要条件。但传统高师教育类课程设置存在门类较少、课时比例偏低、课程结构与内容设置不合理等诸多问题。为实现和促进教师专业化,我们必须采取优化课程结构与内容、注意各类课程的有机结合等有效对策。

Abstract:Pedagogical Courses are the core course for the future teacher to acquire educational theoretical knowledge and capacity and they are the prerequisites for the professionalzation of teachers. Currently, some problems exist in the traditional pedagogical course: the inadequate subjects; inadequate teaching hours; unreasonable course structure and contents, etc. Therefore, strategies to optimize the structure and contents of pedagogic courses need to be strengthened, in order to promote the professionalization of teachers.
