摘    要:膦乙酸(Phosphonoacetic acid,PAA)是一种具有显著抗病毒作用的非抗代谢性化合物,能抑制多种疱疹病毒DNA聚合酶。这个抗病毒剂系我校合成,其结构式为。采用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸缺陷型(TA98,TA100,TA97a和TA102)菌株/哺礼动物肝微粒体酶测试系统,微核和姊妹染色俗单体交换法对PAA进行了检测。结果表明,膦乙酸不是诱变剂。因此,就致癌作用而言,看来是安全的。

Abstract:Phosphoncacetic acid (PAA) is an antivirotic known for its least metabolic interference and has been found capable of inhibiting DNA-polymerase in various herpes viruses. The antiviral agenc has successfully been synthesized at Nanjing university. The mutagenic activity of PAA was tested with TA98, TA100, TA97a and TA102 of the Ames Salmonella/microsome assay sysem. It was also tested with the MN and SCE methods. The rusults indicate that PAA was nonmutagenic. Therefore, phosphonoacetic acid might be a safe agent in regard to carcinogenesis.
