| Abstract: | The malfeasant goverment officials in Ming Dynasty,if neglecting their duties,being off duty without warrant and making mistakes,would be fined by deducting their salaries ,given a stick,transfered to another post,demoted to lower officials or rank,dismissed from offices,sentenced to imprisonment or death.The system of punishment on them was to perfect administrative legislation, enhance supervisary system, assign upright officials and carry out the punishments rapidly. |
