| Abstract: | In connection with the problems of three heavy burdens existing in current state-owned enterprises, this essay gives a complete analysis on the reasons and displays of debts, the arrangement of employee and social burdens. The concrete reform measares are listed here correspondingly to help enterprises lighten burdens and get rid of difficulties. |
