中国农村经济体制改革的特点

党的十一届三中全会以来 ,中国农村经济体制改革概括起来主要有五个方面的特点 :一是改革的方式基本上是自下而上的过程 ,二是改革的对象直接针对生产资料所有制 ,三是改革的成效突出 ,四是农村土地承包制的局限性 ,五是在改革过程中产生了大量的剩余劳动力。

The Characteristics of the Reform of the Agricultural Economic Structure in China

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,there have been five outstanding characteristics existing in the reform of the agricultural economic structure. They may be summerized as follows: First of all,the way of the reform has basically been a process from below.Secondly,the reform has been directly intended for the system of ownership of means of production.Thirdly,remarkable success has been achieved.Fourthly,the limitations of land contract and responsibility system have been revealed.And the last,a great many surplus rural labors have been made in the process of the reform.
