MC9S12DG128单片机在频率测量系统中的应用

摘    要:分析了几种常用频率测量方法(测频法、测周法和多周期同步法)的测量原理和测量误差,对其优缺点进行了比较,提出了一种实用的测频+测周求平均的方法,并分析了该方法在MC9S12DG128单片机频率测量系统中测量转换的临界点和相对误差,给出了具体的测量方法和实现流程,并利用MC9S12DG128单片机运算速度快,机器周期小等优点,从而实现了该系统的测量精度高、自适应性强、测量量程宽、电路结构简单的特点.
