基于PROFINET网络的加热炉模糊自整定PID控制

摘    要:高温持久试验机加热电炉是一个双输入双输出的立式加热电炉。针对该加热电炉的大时滞、非线性、强耦合等特点,研究了模糊自整定PID控制算法,并在Profinet网络下,西门子硬件平台上完成了对加热电炉的温度有效控制,实现了双输入双输出系统的解耦控制,且能较快地达到稳态,获得较好的控制品质。

Abstract:Enduring High Temperature Experiment Heating Electric Stove is a double inputs and double outputs system. Because of its characteristic of time-lag, nonlinearity and coupling, we studied a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm. The heating electric stove is effectively controlled in PROFINET network and on siemens hardware platform to realize deeoupling control for the double variable system, quiekly achieve steadiness, and get a good control.
