| 摘 要： | 本文研究了非线性元件变容二极管的非平衡统计行为。根据物理条件,求解含时间扩散方程的小信号驰动下的是电流响应。通过实验证明,新提出的求解方法的有效性,这一研究结果是进一步研究运动复杂性的微观机制的基础。

| Abstract: | The nouequilibrium statistical behaviors of the nonlinear varicap have been studied in this paper. The current response of the time-dependent diffusion equation drifted by small signal is given according to physical condintions. Experiment test that the methods of solution are reasonably. The conclusions and methods given in this paper will be the foundation for further investigating micro-mechanism of the motion complexity. |
