| 摘 要： | 在分析东莞理工学院成人教育现状的过程中，引入SWOT模型，将各种影响因素用系统分析的方法加以整合匹配，为科学制定东莞理工学院成人教育的发展战略打好基础，并进而以此为例，提出珠三角地方高校成人教育的发展应明确其在学校办学中的定位，实施特色化战略、联盟化战略和质量生存战略．
