摘    要:根据某钢厂小方坯连铸机的6200kN飞剪机在正常生产情况下测得的剪切力参数,对该剪机的受力情况、工作负荷进行了分析,同时对连铸方坯截面的温度分布及铸坯剪切截面的平均温度进行了分析计算。在此基础上,探讨用简单公式或图表计算剪切截面的平均温度和最大剪切力的方法。

Abstract:The 6200 kN billet flying shears, which is used for continuous casting in a steel plant, has been analyzed for the structure and working load according to the measurement of shear force parameter in the normal case of production. At same time, the temperature distribution on the cross-section of the billet and the average temperature of the cross-section which is sheared haso also been analyzed and calculated. On the basis of above, the methods of calculating maximum shear force and the average temperature with simple formula or diagram are put forward.
