| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨如何减少侧脑室-腹腔分流术术后并发症.方法：报告110例脑积水患者行侧脑室-腹腔分流术术前准备、术中操作、术后处置.结果：104例术后临床症状均获得明显改善,6例脑室形态恢复正常,但意识状态恢复不明显;1例于术后1年因急性胰腺炎死亡.本组无直接手术死亡.结论：侧脑室-腹腔分流术目前已成为解决脑积水的一种主要术式,可通过术前准备、术中操作、术后处置减少其并发症发生.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the methods of decreasing postoperative complications for lateral-ventricle-peritoneal shunt. Methods:110 patients with hydrocrania were treated with lateral-ventricle-peritoneal shunt by correct preoperative preparation,intraoperative operation and postoperative treatment.Results:The symptoms of 110 patients were alleviated.The ventricular form of 6 patients returned to normal but their conscious states were not obviously changed.1 patient died of acute pancreatitis.No patient died from the operation.Conclusion:Iateral-ventricle-peritoneal shunt is a good method for patients with hydrocephalus.The postoperative complications can be reduced by accurate preoperative preparation intraoperative operation and postoperative treatment. |
