摘    要:采用水(溶液) OP乳化剂 环己烷 正戊醇反相胶束体系,不同均化手段(手摇、搅拌和超声)制备纳米PbS。用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)对产物的结构、粒径、形貌和性质进行了分析与表征。结果表明:不同均化手段对产物的结构并不产生影响,但影响产物的粒径和形貌。室温下的线性吸收光谱表明其吸收带边与体相材料相比发生了蓝移,表现出明显的量子尺寸效应。

Abstract:The PbS nanoparticles were prepared in quaternary W/O microemulsion solution containing OP, n-pentanol and cyclohexane by different homogenization methods(shaking by hand, by machine and by ultrasonic).The microstructure, particle size, micrograph and properties of PbS were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The results show that different homogenization methods make no effect on the microstructure except the particle size and micrograph.The linear optical absorption spectra of PbS nanoparticles exhibit a blue shift in the absorption edges of the samples compared to that of bulk PbS, indicating the quantum size effect.
