| 摘 要： | 对日政策是美国远东政策的重要组成部分。20世纪初期,美国对日政策经历了由"扶日抑俄"向"美日对抗"的转变,其基本目标是通过实施"均势战略",确保中国"门户开放",以便利用经济优势,巩固和扩大美国在远东和太平洋地区的霸权。

| Abstract: | The policy toward Japan is an important part of American far-east policy. In the early twentieth century, American policy toward Japan underwent from"support Japan and restrain Russia"to"Confrontation between America and Japan", in order to ensure China's door open by way of balance of power strategy, and by means of economical superiority to consolidate and increase American supremacy in the far-east and the Pacific ocean region. |
