| 摘 要： | 图书馆员的素质,是高校图书馆现代化发展的关键,提高馆员的素质,是图书馆适应新时期要求的决定性因素。鉴于此,对新时期图书馆员应具备的素质进行了探讨,并就提高馆员素质的必要性、馆员素质的主要内容及提高馆员素质的途径进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The quality of the librarian is the sticking point of the modern development of the university library.The improvement of the quality is the decisive factor for the library to adapt to the demand in the new period.This paper explores the quality the librarian should have in the new period and expatiates on the necessity of improving the quality of the librarian,the primary coverage of the quality and the approach to improve the quality. |
