棉纤维线密度分布表征的探讨

摘    要:通过aQura棉纤维长度检测仪测得的纤维质量及根数加权长度分布直方图,使用非参数核密度估计的方法,分别拟合出长度分布的概率密度函数,并由两者的差异,推算了纤维各长度下的线密度分布情况.结合已知的陆地棉沿纤维长度方向线密度变化规律,从而较为全面地给出由棉纤维长度分布计算纤维线密度不匀及直径不匀的方法.通过两棉条纤维直径不匀的实例计算,表明本计算方法可行.

Abstract:Based on the weight and number biased fiber length histogram determined by aQura Cotton Fiber Length Testing Instrument,the probability density functions of fiber length were fitted by employing nonparametric kernel estimate.The fiber linear density distribution under different lengths was deduced by comparing the difference between the two kinds density functions.The coefficient of variation of linear density and diameter were characterized comprehensively with the known variance of linear density of upland cotton fiber along its longitudinal direction from the length distributions.Two illustrative examples of cotton slivers showed the calculation process of the coefficient of variation of diameter and verified the feasible approach.
