| 摘 要： | 介绍一种用于加工硬齿面齿轮的新型液刀．此种滚刀精度高、结构简单、刀片更换方便、成本低．而且从根本上解决了焊接式滚刀易崩刃、曲线刃形加工难且精度难于保证、重磨后精度下降等问题．实验结果表明本滚刀结构合理、可行．便于在生产中应用．

| Abstract: | A new type hob used in working hardened gear is presentend. It is high in precision. single in structure. convenient in changing blade and low in cost.Also. some difficult problems being in hardened gear skiving may be solved basically by using the new structure. The further test proves that it is effective. |
