摘    要:对传统的ButterWorth低通滤波器在瞬时功率理论谐波检测中的应用做了深入探讨,指出了仅仅采用传统的ButterWorth低通滤波器难以解决检测精度和动态响应速度之间的矛盾,提出了一种综合采用ButterWorth低通滤波器和平均值低通滤波器的低通滤波器设计新方法.仿真结果表明,这种优化的低通滤波器与仅仅采用上两种低通滤波器相比具有明显的优越性,采用这种优化的低通滤波器作为低通滤波器既具有较好的检测精度,又具有令人满意的动态响应性能.图13,表1,参8.

Abstract:The paper researched the application of the ButterWorth low-pass filter in the instantaneous reactive power theorem for the fundamental reactive current detecting and the harmonic current detecting.The shortcoming of the low-pass filter is exposed when only a ButterWorth low-pass filter or an Average low-pass filter is adopted. The paper proposed a new method to design the low-pass filter which used a ButterWorth filter and an Average filter. The result of simulation shows that it can detect the harmonic current and the fundamental reactive current precisely and quickly when the optimized low-pass filter is adopted.13figs.,1tab.,8refs.
