试述文人对《格萨尔》的创作形成所产生的影响

关于《格萨尔》的创作、形成问题,尽管人们已经意识到如果只有民间艺人的口头说唱,而没有历代文人的进一步整合、规范的话,《格萨尔》无论如何也不会从最初的零散性、片段性的民间口头故事发展成情节完整的严格意义上的英雄史诗。《格萨尔》之所以能有今天的规模、并且能够成为世界文学史上具有多种价值的文学作品,是包括历代民间说唱艺人、历代民间抄写者、后来的专门整理者在内的无数个不同时代、不同阶层、不同价值观的说唱艺人和文人集体智慧的结晶。然而,人们在谈论《格萨尔》的创作、形成过程时,文人为其所付出的辛劳,不是一笔带过,就是很少提起,更谈不上把它列为议题在学术会上和文章中加以专题探讨。文章认为,文人墨客为《格萨尔》的创作、形成、传播乃至艺术作品的实现,起了重要的作用。

On the Literators' Contributions to the Creation of 'the Gesar'

People have already realized that "the Gesar" is not formed upon the oral folk artists singing only.Without further edition and collation of the literators of different times,"the Gesar" wouldn't have transformed into a proper heroic epic with detailed episodes from its initial scattered and disconnected pieces of an oral story.Now "the Gesar" covers such an enormous scale,and has already become a literary work with a variety of values in the history of world literature.The epic is the result of the efforts made by many folk singing artists,copiers and editors of different times,different classes and with different values.It is also the result of their combined wisdom.Nevertheless,every time when people talk about the creation process of "the Gesar",they tend to ignore the hard work of the literators,let alone discuss the literators' contributions as a topic in an academic conference and an article.Due to this situation the article points out with emphasis that literators have played an important role in the creation,dissemination,and final formation of the artistic work,"the Gesar".
