| Abstract: | Along with the widespread application of the information technique, the superiorities of the online publications are getting more and more obvious, however there still are many factors restricting its rapid development in the practice. Through analyzing the bottlenecks restricting the online publications, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures for promoting the rapid and healthy development of the online publications. |
