| 摘 要： | 日益激烈的市场竞争使越来越多的银行认识到竞争情报的重要性，而竞争情报系统运行的基础即是竞争情报的收集。为提高我国商业银行的核心竞争力，分析了我国商业银行的发展现状及竞争情报的运用情况，探讨了竞争情报的信息来源及收集方法等。
