| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy is the development goal.The key for it is the technological innovation.Information Technology(IT) has penetrated to all the aspects of the society life and production.Innovating IT,and integrating it with the technologies in other industries and then boosting their innovation,making green IT drive the low-carbonization of the key industries with high CO2e emissions in the economy,and finally realizes the low-carbon economy is the action route and contribution principle of IT. |
