摘    要:采用三维有限元分析方法对不同冲击位置、不同冲击能量、不同地基刚度等多种工况条件下四楞冲击压路机冲击破碎旧混凝土路面板的力学作用和破坏效果进行了对比分析研究.研究发现,冲击位置、冲击能量和地基刚度三个参数相互耦合作用,最终综合决定冲压破碎路面板的破碎效果和力学行为.路面板破碎模式和效果会因为轮载冲击作用位置不同而有所区别.在一般地基刚度条件下,冲击板角位置沉降最大,对路基的影响深度最深,板中位置最小,但板中位置板底破碎面积最大;冲击能量越大越有利于路面板的破裂,但随着地基刚度增大,路面趋于难以破碎.建议根据不同的情况选择对应的行驶路线.

Abstract:The stress and deformation characteristics of the existing pavement slabs in the process of 4 rollers of impact compactor are studied based on the three dimensional finite element method in dif-ferent locations of impact load,different impact energy and different subgrade modulus.It is found that three factors including impact load,impact energy and subgrade modulus coupling influence pavement slab cracking effect and mechanical behavior.The cracking mode and effect of the slab is distinct with the different impact position.On condition of general subgrade modulus(the modulus of the foundation is about 30~60 MPa),the impact position at the corner of the slab has the deepest impact depth and the slab would have the largest displacement.When the impact position is at the center or side of the slab,it will break from bottom to top,and the impact position at the corner offers the largest breakage area at the bottom;the breakage effect increase with the impact energy,but when the subgrade modulus is high,the slab tends to be hard to crack.Constructing route should be chosen according to subgrade condition and mechanical effect of different construction route.
