| 摘 要： | 本文采用AAS300型火焰原子吸收分光光度计研究了测定新疆特色中草药肉苁蓉中微量元素锰及铜含量的方法，并通过实验对比了干法消化、湿法消化对测定结果的影响，测定结果的相对标准偏差〈2.1％。

| Abstract: | Ibis paper makes research and determines Cu,Mn in Chinese traditional medicine-cistanche deserticola Y, C,Ma come from Xinjiang by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, then contrasts two means of consequences-one method is incinerates Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma,the other is dissolving. The relative standard deviation of result is less than 2.1% |
