烟丝在水平管气力输送过程中系统压降的研究

摘    要:考察了烤烟烟丝(宜阳X3F)、膨胀烟丝在水平管气力输送过程中表观气速、料气比及管道直径对系统压降的影响.试验结果表明:系统压降随管长、表观气速及料气比的增加而增加;在相同进料情况下,直管压降随着表观气速的增加而增加;在相同表观气速下,直管压降随着料气比的增加而增加.通过分析,给出了计算烟丝在气力输送过程中直管压降及阻力系数的经验公式.

Abstract:The total pressure drop in horizontal pneumatic conveying of cut tobacco were investigated in this work. Flue-cured cut tobacco(Yiyang X3F) and a kind of expanded cut tobacco were prepared as the experimental materials. Experimental results showed total pressure drop increased with increases in the length of pipeline, superficial velocity and solid-gas ratio. Under' the same condition, pressure drop in direct pipe increased with superficial velocity and solid-gas ratio. A generalized equation was developed for estimating the solid drag coefficient and pressure drop by regressing method. The results calculated from the equation were in good accord with the experiental results.
