| 摘 要： | 考察了烤烟烟丝（宜阳X3F）、膨胀烟丝在水平管气力输送过程中表观气速、料气比及管道直径对系统压降的影响．试验结果表明：系统压降随管长、表观气速及料气比的增加而增加；在相同进料情况下，直管压降随着表观气速的增加而增加；在相同表观气速下，直管压降随着料气比的增加而增加．通过分析，给出了计算烟丝在气力输送过程中直管压降及阻力系数的经验公式．

| Abstract: | The total pressure drop in horizontal pneumatic conveying of cut tobacco were investigated in this work. Flue-cured cut tobacco（Yiyang X3F） and a kind of expanded cut tobacco were prepared as the experimental materials. Experimental results showed total pressure drop increased with increases in the length of pipeline, superficial velocity and solid-gas ratio. Under＇ the same condition, pressure drop in direct pipe increased with superficial velocity and solid-gas ratio. A generalized equation was developed for estimating the solid drag coefficient and pressure drop by regressing method. The results calculated from the equation were in good accord with the experiental results. |
