摘    要:目的:建立了超高效液相色谱测定猪肉中氯丙嗪的方法。方法:采用乙腈前处理,超声波法提取,超高效液相色谱-紫外检测器测定。色谱柱BEH C18 1.7μm×50 mm×2.1 mm,流速:0.4 m L/min,流动相:乙腈∶乙酸铵=60∶40,柱温40℃,检测波长254 nm,进样量:5μL。结果:氯丙嗪方法检出限7.5μg/kg,在0 mg/L-1.00 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数=0.9998。方法平均回收率为87.7%-101.0%,RSD为1.2%-2.6%。结论:本方法适用于猪肉中氯丙嗪的测定。

Abstract:Objective: Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) method was determination of chlorpromazine residue in pork. Method: The target analyte was extracted form sample with acetenitrile and determined by UPLA. Chromatographic column: BEH C18 1.7 μm× 50 min×2.1 ram, flow rate: 0.4 mL/min, mobile phase: acetonitrile:ammonium acetate----60:40, column temperature: 40℃, detection wavelength: 254 nm, injection volume:10μL.Result:The detection limit was 15.0pg/kg.The linearity ranged form O to 1.00 mag/ L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The recovery was 87.7% to 101.0%, RSD was 1.2% to 2.6%. Conclusion: The method was suitable for determination of chlorpromazine residue in pork.
