摘    要:分析了显式动力学弹塑性有限元方法的计算过程,采用显式动力学有限元法模拟立轧板带成形过程中存在的问题并提出解决办法。结果表明,采用显式动力学ANSYS/LS—DYNA模块模拟金属成形是一种极为有效的数值模拟方法位。

Abstract:The calculating process of explicit dynamic elastic-plastic finite element method is analyzed. Based on the finite element method,serval kinds of numerical model during hot rolling were established. By the explicit dynamic finite element method, the process of this kind of model on high temperature was simulated. The result of numerical simulation showed that the explicit dynamic finite was an efficient method of analyse contact problem, and simulation of metal forming by ANSYS/LS-DYNA was an effective numerical simulation method.
