高校如何贯彻江泽民同志和新一届党中央关于繁荣发展哲学社会科学的一系列重要讲话和文件精神,关系到高校哲学社会科学重要研究基地作用的发挥,以及高校自身的健康发展。本文阐述了促进高校哲学社会科学繁荣发展的重要意义,着重就理工科大学和我校繁荣发展哲学社会科学的研究方向、研究重点、条件保障等方面作了探讨,剖析了高校在繁荣发展哲学社会科学方面存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
