| 摘 要： | 针对房屋中介业务的需求,并根据GIS领域的发展现状和趋势,将其引入房屋中介业务,提出了基于GIS的房屋中介系统,以取代当前房屋中介行业现有的MIS系统,使房屋中介公司能够为其客户提供详细的、准确的、可视化的城市地理信息,以适应城市的快速发展和更好地满足客户需求.

| Abstract: | A house-agency system based on GIS is proposed in this paper according to the demand of house-agency business and the status quo and trend of the development in GIS field. The system can replace the existing MIS system in current house-agency field. The house-agency companies can provide the exact visual urban geographic information for their client in order to meet the fast development and serve their client well. |
