摘    要:选用花后35 ̄60d的巨峰、里扎马特和无核白葡萄,取其幼胚接种于不同激素水平M S培养基上,进行胚培养,以研究接种时间及处理方法对胚培养的影响.结果表明对花后60d的里扎玛特和巨峰的幼胚进行胚培养,其发芽率和成苗率显著高于层积处理后催芽播种的种子的发芽率与出苗率.低温和横切处理能有效地促进葡萄幼胚的萌发.花后60d的巨峰和里扎马特的发育率和成苗率最高;花后60d的无核白的幼胚发育率最高,花后50d的幼胚成苗率最高.

Abstract:35~60 days after florescence,embryo of Kyoho(V.vinifera × V.labrusce cv.),Rizamat(V.vinifera cv.) and Thompson Seedless(V.vinifera cv.Sultanina) grapes were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different levels of concentrations of GA3,IAA and 6-BA in order to study the techniques of embryo rescue.The results indicated that the germination rate and seedling rate of the embryo culture were higher than those of insemination.The low temperature and the cutting treatments were affected to the young embryos germination.The highest development rate and germinating rate of Rizamat's and Kyoho's embryos were gotten by the time which was 60 days after florescence.The best period of inoculation of Thompson Seedless' embryos was 50 days after florescence.
