| 摘 要： | 建立了利用HPLC柱前衍生对2-氨基乙磺酸制备工艺还原阶段的流程诊断方法,2-氨基乙磺酸工艺中还原阶段中2-氨基乙磺酸的产率可达91%,流程分析诊断结果表明HPLC可靠易行,便于对工艺流程的监控.

| Abstract: | An analytical method has been developed for the process diagnosis in the synthesizing reaction of 2-aminoethansulfonic by HPLC. The result of process diagnosis indicates the yields of reduction stage being at 91% . The method is simple and feasible for controlling the reaction. |
