铝对蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨铝对蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位传导速度的影响.方法:细胞外记录方法被用于记录动作电位.结果:(1)用含不同浓度(0.25mol/L、0.5mol/L和1.0mol/L)的三氯化铝的任氏液浸泡坐骨神经干1min,三氯化铝可浓度依赖性地减慢坐骨神经干动作电位的传导速度.(2)随着浸泡时间的延长(2min、3min、4min、5min),0.25mol/L三氯化铝对动作电位传导速度的抑制效应也逐渐增强.结论:三氯化铝减慢坐骨神经干动作电位的传导速度可能是其产生外周神经毒性的原因之一.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of aluminium chloride on conduct velocity of action potential (AP) in sciatic nerve of toads. Methods: Uses the extracellular recording technique to record the action potential. Results: (1) in the presence ofaluminium chloride 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 mol/L for 1 min, aluminium chloride could inhibit the conduct velocity of AP in a concentration dependent manner. (2) Aluminium chloride (0.25 tool/L) inhibited the conduct velocity of AP in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion: The inhibition of conduct velocity of AP by aluminium chloride may be one of the reasons for the neurotoxic effects of aluminium.
